Spring Art Fling



Best of Blawnox is excited to host its first annual Spring Art Fling on Saturday, June 4, 2022. 12 - 3. This will be a community event to celebrate the arts. The event will be held on the business district of Freeport Road. Event schedule will be posted.

About Best of Blawnox, LLC



There is no doubt Blawnox if full of great people! Best in Blawnox, LLC, is a non-profit group that is interested in bringing the best to our community. We have a lot of great ideas and events planned with the eye to grow each year. We are looking to bring together our residents and businesses in support of a healthy networked community. There are a number of ways to get involved. Best of Blawnox will be hosting community events, creating community support organizations and identifying direct donation items. We are just getting started! Hopefully this is the beginning of a long standing community group in Blawnox.



Snow Angel Program





We are excited to announce our first Best of Blawnox, LLC community program - Snow Angels


What is the Snow Angels program?

Neighbors helping neighbors shovel and salt their property in winter!
Snow-covered sidewalks can be hazardous for everyone. The Snow Angel program pairs elderly residents and residents with disabilities with nearby neighbors who volunteer to assist them with snow removal on their sidewalks and walkways.

Along with fostering stronger community relationships and relieving some of the stress that comes from a snowfall or freeze, Snow Angels make our sidewalks safer for those who are outside during the winter weather.

Individual Membership - Blawnox Resident



Individual Memberships are for individuals that reside or own real property within the boundaries of the Best of Blawnox, LLC boundaries and are at least (18) years or older.



Organization Membership - Blawnox Resident



Organizational Memberships are for organizations who have a functioning location within the Best of Blawnox, LLC boundaries.

Non Resident



Individual Membership - Non-Resident are for individuals or families who do not reside or do not own real property within the Best of Blawnox, LLC boundaries and are at least (18) years or older.

Local Honey From Glenshaw

The 2020 July honey from Country Barn Farm has flavor notes from black locust and clover flowers. The honey has a delicious floral flavor with a hint of citrus from the black locust nectar. The honey is packed in one pound ,glass jars.


Thank you for everyone who participated in our honey fundraiser. We sold out!!! For those of you who are into local honey, you know honey is seasonal. We are planning on selling honey two times a year when the local honey harvest becomes available. The sales should take place in the early summer (summer honey) and then again in the fall mid to late October. If you missed out this year and want to be notified of the next sale, just send us an e-mail.
